Spinach Vermicelli Soup

1. Choose high-quality vermicelli, soak softly in water, and cut into sections. Fans should not go to the stall to choose the inferior quality, which contains a lot of lead, which is harmful to the human body.

1. Pick the dried leaves of spinach and cut off the roots. After washing, blanch it in boiling water, put it in cold water, then remove and cut into sections.
